How to cook herbs
Place herbs in a non metallic pot with 7 to 8 cups of cold water and allow to soak for 30 minutes.
Place pot on stovetop and bring to the boil, once at boiling point immediately reduce temperature to a gentle simmer and simmer for 50 minutes with the lid ON. Use a timer to remind you.
Once the 50 minutes are up, strain the liquid into an airtight container and discard the herbs. Place the liquid in the fridge and when you are ready to drink, measure out your dosage and warm it up in the microwave or on the stovetop until it’s lukewarm.
Your dosage will vary between 200—250mL twice daily. The liquid you extract from one bag will last you approximately two to three days. When the liquid has finished cook up the next bag of herbs.
