We use single use, disposable needles and we are happy to say it should not hurt! Acupuncture should feel more like a very faint prick (often patients don't notice this at all and are sometimes shocked that the needle has even been inserted). What you should feel is a dull electrical or heavy feeling.

Facial acupuncture can help with migraines by providing relief from tension. However, it is recommended that migraine patients be migraine-free for a minimum of 3 months before commencing cosmetic acupuncture treatment.
