At Remedy we are aware that a remedy involves lots of little changes in our lifestyle to assist our mental and physical well being. Chinese Medicine is one small part of the well-being web. It is very important that we stay connected to friends, community and exercise. We have collated a few websites or small businesses that integrate health with other aspects we may find joy in!
Dancing - No Lights No Lycra in Flemington This is all about dancing to music, by yourself, in the dark, wear what you like, nobody can see you anyway. The music is eclectic and you get to dance and sweat and have fun all before 8.30pm. This is where Stella love to go when she really wants to dance but don't have the energy to stay up and watch a band at a bar. The demographic is diverse and very inclusive. Give it a go! https://www.nolightsnolycra.com/ Hiking - Nature is so important for our health, a little stroll through the forest or on a rugged beach is also a favorite pastime. There is so much that is close to Melbourne. Werribee Gorge, Organ Pipes National Park. Pack your lunch and a thermos and take a friend!
