Stress Management & Acupuncture
Stress can affect us in different ways. It may affect our sleep, our social interactions and our mood.
There is some promising research that shows that Acupuncture may have potential use for the treatment of anxiety (1). Additionally, alongside medication Acupuncture was found to have potential positive effect for depression (2). It is always best to talk to your therapist and GP to ascertain if Chinese Medicine would be an additional alternative to your current treatment. |
